Cleaning: To preserve the brightness of your pieces, it is very important to clean them often. We advise you to do that with a soft and dry cloth.

Storage: It is recommended to store your jewelries individually in its original box to avoid any damage; contact with other objects may scratch it.

Our gold-plated pieces are electroplated with 2 microns of real 24k gold and have a high quality brass base. The finish is much thicker than average plating, and far more durable. We coat all of our pieces with an additional Aureum e-coating for additional tarnish resistance.

We hope you love your Aureum pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange for unworn items that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
