CREATIVE MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Aureum Collective is looking for a Creative Marketing Associate who is exceptionally creative, a go-getter, and passionate about being an instrumental part of scaling a high-growth DTC brand. This role reports to the CEO and Director of Growth.

 

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of assets across email, SMS, social media, and Aureum’s blog, The Collective
• Own all creative design processes across all social and CRM channels
• Proactively develop creative solutions to meet brand objectives 
• Source imagery and take ownership of design across all CRM channels
• Own copywriting and ensure it aligns with Aureum’s brand ethos/voice
• Edit and retouch imagery from photoshoots and as needed for existing imagery
• Self-sufficiently take content from ideation to final product live on Instagram and gather insights to understand content performance 
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a calendar for all CRM initiatives to ensure deadlines are met
• Develop a content strategy for collection launches to help achieve business objectives
• Establish processes to streamline brainstorming, planning, and seeking approvals from team members
• Maintain a pulse on performance across all CRM channels and leverage insights to optimize

 

Your Background

• 2-3 years of experience in creative marketing such as graphic designer, social media manager, art director, etc., a plus if at DTC startup
• Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite
• Proficiency with Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shogun a plus
• Strong portfolio of work to showcase design abilities and knowledge of best practices
• Passion for fashion trend forecasting 
• Has a nimble and adaptable personality that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and reliable
• Has a figure-it-out mentality and willing to roll up your sleeves
• Clear communicator and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

 

Other Details

Location: Remote, East Coast preferred

Salary: Competitive - Commensurate on experience
