Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.


Free USA shipping on all orders over $200USD. 


Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.


We hope you love your Aureum pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for unworn items that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order.  Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.

To request a return, email within 15 days of receiving your item(s) and please include EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

All items purchased using a discount code or during a sale period are only eligible for return for store credit.

Once we receive the return to our warehouse in the required conditions, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the item being exchanged.  Please allow up to 5-7 days for your returned item to be processed and the refund issued.  It may take up to 7-10 business days for your credit card company to process the refund. 

Site credit codes are non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Aureum reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.


We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
