HOW SHOULD I STORE MY JEWELRY?We recommend storing your Aureum Collective pieces in the jewelry pouch they ship in. Store each piece individually to avoid scratching. The jewelry pouches are also great to use while traveling to protect your jewelry.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?We suggest you remove your jewelry while showering, swimming and exercising. Please avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products as they contain chemicals and oils that can increase the wear on your pieces. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing.
CAN I SHOWER OR SWIM WITH MY JEWELRY?For best care, do not shower or swim with your items. Keep them in a cool dry place and remove before bathing.
MY JEWELRY IS TURNING COLOR, WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?Every person’s unique skin-oils react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for your skin's reaction to our products. Gold Plated jewelry will turn naturally over time, and there is no way to reverse this. You can prolong the life of your Aureum Collective pieces by following our care recommendations.
