Cleaning: To preserve the brightness of your pieces, it is very important to clean them often. We advise you to do that with a soft and dry cloth.

Storage: It is recommended to store your jewelries individually in its original box to avoid any damage; contact with other objects may scratch it.

Our gold-plated pieces are electroplated with real 24k gold and have a high-quality brass base. The finish is much thicker than average plating, and far more durable. We coat all of our pieces with an additional Aureum e-coating for additional tarnish resistance.

Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
