Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to process. You will receive a tracking notification once your package has shipped. Processing times may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

Free USA shipping on all orders over $200. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. Buyers are responsible for understanding and paying any such charges.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit or exchange for unworn items that are sent back within 15 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and show no signs of wear.

Store credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Aureum reserves the right to refuse returns in unsatisfactory condition. All sale items are final sale.

Extended Return Period: Orders placed from November 25, 2025 through December 24, 2025 are eligible for store credit or exchange until January 15, 2026.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Store Credit

FOR US BASED CLIENTS

STEP 1

Start your return in our Returns Portal within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all items must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging. Please note, a handling fee may apply.

STEP 2
Enter your order number and shipping zip code, then select the item(s) you would like to return. If an exchange is available for your item, you can choose the new size during this step.

STEP 3

Download the provided return label in the portal. Please pack items carefully with all original packaging, attach the label and drop off with the carrier shown on your return label.

STEP 4

Once your return is sent back and meets the required conditions, we’ll begin preparing your store credit or exchange. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

STEP 1

Email exchanges@aureumcollective.com within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Include "Exchange Request – Order #XXXX" in the subject line. International returns are eligible for store credit only. Please allow up to 72 business hours for our team to respond with next steps.

STEP 2
You’ll receive the return address and instructions. Pack items carefully with all original packaging. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

STEP 3
Ship your return using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Reply to our email with your tracking number so we can monitor delivery.

STEP 4
Once your return is sent back and meets the required conditions, we’ll begin processing. Store credit is typically issued within 3–5 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
